She has also preached on a weekly radio program in San Francisco.
Her husband, Art, graduated from Fuller Theological Seminary with a M. Div. and has also been ordained. Together, they serve in the church with a passion for carrying out the Great Commission of Jesus Christ. They have two children, Daniel and Rebecca.
Mandarin Pastoral Ministries
Rev. Victor Cheng was a civil engineer and operating a wholesale business of building materials for many years.
In year 2002, he was called by the Lord to dedicate himself to be a full time gospel minister. After graduating from Pacific International Theological Seminary, he started the gospel outreach ministry in the local community with his wife, Esther.
He later became the development director of the Community Center of Chinese Christian Herald Crusade in Southern California for six years. They actively preached gospel to the grass-root residents, new immigrants and patients in the hospitals.
Since 2012, he has frequently gone to Mainland China to teach short term theological classes in many locations in order to train and equip the young ministers and theological students. In 2017, he became the Mandarin Pastor of CBC. His goal is to dedicate the second half of his life to serve the Lord. To shepherd and nurture the children of God to grow spiritually based on the truth of the Bible.
“Do your best to please God. Be a worker who doesn’t need to be ashamed. Teach the message of truth correctly.” 2 Timothy 2:15
